Transportation & Meals
- Be at the designated pick-up point 30 minutes before the scheduled time. If you do not arrive on time, you may miss the tour, and no refunds will be issued.
- It is VERY IMPORTANT to inform us in advance about any food allergies or special dietary requirements.
Identification & Payment
- Police authorities require valid identification (passport or national ID). Visitors are responsible for carrying their documents at all times.
- The Guna Yala territory does not accept traveler’s checks or credit cards. All extra purchases, drinks, snacks, or additional nights must be paid in cash.
What to Bring & Photo Guidelines
- We recommend bringing personal hygiene items, towels, sunscreen, after-sun cream, insect repellent, swimsuit, hat or cap, flashlight, and your own snorkeling gear.
- Feel free to bring bottled water and snacks for personal use.
- Please do not photograph local people without permission. Always ask before taking pictures of Guna residents.
Weather Conditions & Itinerary Changes
- Tours and activities may vary depending on weather and sea conditions.
- Weather in the islands can be unpredictable. In case of storms or similar events, trips may be delayed or canceled at the last minute. These situations are beyond our control.
